- 1 big banana
- 2 dates
- 1/2 cup milk

- Blend till completely smooth and serve.

- 1 cup minced sweet apple
- 1 cup raw spinach

- Put all the ingredients asides from the lime juice in a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
- Add the lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Stir properly or blend again and serve.
TURMERIC SMOOTHIE
- 4-inch fresh turmeric or rather 2 teaspoons ground turmeric powder
- 2 big peeled bananas
- 40g uncooked oat
- 3 tbsp coconut milk yogurt
- A handful of cashews (or 1 tablespoon of cashew butter)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (to garnish)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- If using fresh turmeric, peel out the skin before grating.
- Put all ingredients in a food processor with 500ml of water and blend till smooth.
- Serve in a glass cup with a sprinkling of chia seeds.
SPINACH SMOOTHIE
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup fresh coconut water
- 1 medium-sized banana
Recipe
- In a smoothie maker, put all the coconut water.
- Then add all the other ingredients.
- Purée until smooth.
PEACH SMOOTHIE BOWLS
- 2/3 cups of frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup chopped summer squash
- 1/4 cup fresh coconut water
- Toasted coconut chips for garnishing
Recipe
- Puree peaches, summer squash, and coconut water in a smoothie maker till creamy.
- Turn over to a bowl and top with coconut chips
BLUEBERRY MUFFIN SMOOTHIE
- 3 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cups uncooked oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup frozen Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons pure honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Large handful of Ice
Recipe
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve immediately.
CHOCOLATE FANTASY BOWL
- 2 medium frozen bananas
- Cocoa powder
- 1 cup of milk
- Toppings (defrosted strawberries and toasted coconut flakes)
Recipe
- Chop up your frozen bananas, so they’ll blend easily. Add them to your food processor.
- Add in cocoa powder to taste (add them in bits, if it’s not enough, you can add more!).
- Now, add in your milk. I recommend mixing up your milk with water if going for the powdered form just so it’s easy for the food processor to blend the frozen bananas.
- Blend, and add more liquid if necessary.
- Serve into a bowl and garnish with your toppings.
