BANANA DATE SMOOTHIE


  • 1 big banana
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-inch fresh peeled ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt

Recipe

  1. Put the banana, dates, milk, yogurt, ginger, and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend till completely smooth and serve.

CINNAMON APPLE SMOOTHIE


  • 1 cup minced sweet apple
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

Blend all and serve with ice cubes.


DETOX SMOOTHIE


  • 1/2cup coconut unsweetened water
  • one and a half cups of baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 chopped apple
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana

Recipe

  1. Pour the coconut water into the blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup chopped kale (stems removed)
  • 1 cup green grapes (frozen)

Recipe

  1. Put the kale, frozen grapes, pineapple, lemon juice, flaxseed, and ginger into a blender.

  3. You can add 1-2 tablespoons of water if necessary to improve consistency.

RED BERRY AND BEET SMOOTHIE


  • 3 cups of varied frozen red berries (like strawberries and raspberries)

  • 1 small red beet, peeled and cut
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin coconut oil

Recipe

  1. Place the berries, 1/2 cup cold water, beet, lemon juice, honey, and coconut oil into a food processor.

  • 1 small banana (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons walnut pieces

  • 1 small-sized watermelon (skin removed)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled and chopped—set one slice aside for garnish)

  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

  1. Put the watermelon, Cucumber, lime juice, buttermilk, and honey into a blender.

  3. To adjust consistency, i.e, if necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.

  • 2 ripe avocado flesh
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Recipe

  1. Blend the milk, condensed milk, and ice in a blender until very creamy.

  • 100g frozen raspberries

Put all ingredients into a smoothie maker and crush until smooth, adding 2-3 tablespoons of water if it’s too thick.

  • 2 big carrots—scraped and chopped or grated
  • 3 peeled oranges

  • A little piece of ginger—grated
  • 100g ice

Recipe

  1. Tip all the ingredients into a blender and crush till very smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is thicker than the consistency you want, add some water till satisfied.

  • 3 frozen ripe mangoes
  • 500g natural yogurt
  • 2 juiced limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey

  1. Put all the ingredients asides from the lime juice in a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir properly or blend again and serve.

  • 4-inch fresh turmeric or rather 2 teaspoons ground turmeric powder
  • 2 big peeled bananas
  • 40g uncooked oat
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk yogurt
  • A handful of cashews (or 1 tablespoon of cashew butter)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (to garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  1. If using fresh turmeric, peel out the skin before grating.
  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor with 500ml of water and blend till smooth.
  3. Serve in a glass cup with a sprinkling of chia seeds.

SPINACH SMOOTHIE


  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh coconut water
  • 1 medium-sized banana

Recipe

  1. In a smoothie maker, put all the coconut water.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients.
  3. Purée until smooth.

PEACH SMOOTHIE BOWLS


  • 2/3 cups of frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup chopped summer squash
  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut water
  • Toasted coconut chips for garnishing

Recipe

  1. Puree peaches, summer squash, and coconut water in a smoothie maker till creamy.

  • 3 cups frozen blueberries

Recipe

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve immediately.


CHOCOLATE FANTASY BOWL


  • 2 medium frozen bananas
  • Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of milk 
  • Toppings (defrosted strawberries and toasted coconut flakes) 

Recipe

  1. Chop up your frozen bananas, so they’ll blend easily. Add them to your food processor.
  2. Add in cocoa powder to taste (add them in bits, if it’s not enough, you can add more!).
  3. Now, add in your milk. I recommend mixing up your milk with water if going for the powdered form just so it’s easy for the food processor to blend the frozen bananas.
  4. Blend, and add more liquid if necessary.
  5. Serve into a bowl and garnish with your toppings.
